ICE OUT Film Screening

When the Trump administration unleashed massive ICE raids on Ventura County, California, the community refused to be paralyzed by fear. Organizers formed VC Defensa, a rapid-response network that tracks ICE agents in real time, mobilizes neighbors to defend community members facing detention, and feeds families caught in the crosshairs. With unprecedented access to the organizers on the front lines and the detained community members they fought for, ICE OUT chronicles how ordinary people used their collective power to defend their community, and proved that even the most fearsome government crackdown can be beaten by people who refuse to back down.
